- Each new associate receives hands-on, in-store training
- rdm associates receive "one-on-one" in-store training for most major projects (e.g. Cough & Cold Sets)
- rdm creates a “Step by Step” service instruction manual for each
major project
- rdm utilizes a systematic Weekly Status Report to evaluate the progress and opportunities to follow-up with each rdm associate
