  • Utilize customized Retail Call Reports
  • Verify that all items are on the shelf
  • Ensure shelf tags are placed for all items
  • Correct planogram issues
  • Install promotional displays
  • Fill shelf from back room
  • Ensure continuous reordering of low or out-of-stock items
  • Capture information concerning retail conditions
