During each Retail Maintenance call, rdm associates will:
- Make contact with Store Management
- Utilize customized Retail Call Reports
- Verify that all items are on the shelf
- Ensure shelf tags are placed for all items
- Correct planogram issues
- Install promotional displays
- Fill shelf from back room
- Ensure continuous reordering of low or out-of-stock items
- Capture information concerning retail conditions
