During the “New Item Blitzes” the RDM representatives will:
  • Check in with store management upon arrival
  • Assure that all new items are “cut in” to the section
  • Dust, straighten and front all products
  • Ensure that all shelf tags are installed
  • Fill the shelf and promotional displays from the back room
  • Verify all items are on the shelf and identify “Out of Stocks”
  • Take digital photos of every set and every section
  • Discuss all issues and suggested orders with store management
  • Report all activities on-line the day of the service
  • The RDM management audits & tracks all activities daily
  • Communicate important information to the Retailers or Clients
