During the “New Item Blitzes” the RDM representatives will:
Check in with store management upon arrival
Assure that all new items are “cut in” to the section
Dust, straighten and front all products
Ensure that all shelf tags are installed
Fill the shelf and promotional displays from the back room
Verify all items are on the shelf and identify “Out of Stocks”
Take digital photos of every set and every section
Discuss all issues and suggested orders with store management
Report all activities on-line the day of the service
The RDM management audits & tracks all activities daily
Communicate important information to the Retailers or Clients
