CATEGORY RESETS >
RDM is able to conduct any type of Category Reset including:
 
  • Any retailer in the Southeast US including
    • Drug, Food, Mass, Dollar & Club Stores
  • Professional, well-trained, properly attired representation
  • All Categories including
    • Beer, Wine & Spirits
    • Consumables, Dairy, Fresh, Frozen & Grocery
    • Non-Consumables, HBC, OTC & GM
   
During the Category Resets the RDM representatives will:
  • Check in with store management upon arrival
  • Clean all shelves and sections
  • Reset all sections & items to the official approved Planogram
  • Ensure that all shelf tags are installed
  • Verify all items are on the shelf and identify "Out of Stocks"
  • Take digital photos of every set and every section              
  • Discuss all issues and suggested orders with store management
  • Report all activity on-line the day of the set
  • The RDM management audits & tracks all resets daily
  • Communicate important information to the Retailers or Clients
